Tennis
Tennis is the perfect sport for growing kids: it teaches focus, footwork and fair play in equal measure. Our coaching follows the LTA's Mini Tennis pathway: shorter racquets, lower-bounce balls, smaller courts. Everything sized to suit the player, not the other way round.

Three stages, one pathway.
We follow the LTA's Mini Tennis stages (Red, Orange, Green), so every child plays with the right kit on a court that fits them. Progress is gradual, confident and properly fun.
Mini Red
A soft, slow ball and a small court. Perfect first-touch tennis built around games, throws and gentle rallies.

Mini Orange
A bouncier ball, a bigger court, and the first real rallies. Technique starts to take shape, and so does the love of the game.

Mini Green
Almost full size, almost full speed. Players sharpen serves, returns and tactics with match play in every session.

What a session actually looks like.
Tennis sessions are paced: short bursts of focus, then play. Kids stay engaged from first ball to last.
Move & groove
Footwork games and coordination drills disguised as fun.
Racket play
One stroke per session: forehand, backhand, volley, serve.
Rally games
Cooperative and competitive: building points, not just shots.
Match moment
A short tiebreak or game to finish. Sportsmanship celebrated above scoreline.

We bring the same Extra Time philosophy to tennis: small groups, big encouragement, and a session that ends with every child wanting to come back.
- 01 Equipment provided. Rackets, balls and court time all sorted, just show up and play.
- 02 LTA-aligned coaching. Our coaches are trained in the LTA Youth Mini Tennis framework.
- 03 Small groups, big touches. Capped ratios so every player hits hundreds of balls each session.
- 04 Indoor courts. Sessions go ahead come wind, rain or summer heatwave.
